This page is dedicated to car enthusiasts who like ALL kinds of cars.
(Even though Mopars are best)!

History: We purchased this car in 1985. My wife and I drove it to work everyday

for quite a few years. Around 1990 we stored it in our garage. It was always a beautiful car, but had developed the typical rust behind the rear wheels. In 1997 we decided to restore it with the hopes of taking it to some of the local car shows/cruises. We never really expected to win anything with it, and fiqured we would just have some fun at the shows. I took the engine out and gave the car to two guys we know that do body and paint work on the side. All metal was replaced where there was rust and the body was fixed anywhere work was needed. The car had a complete paint job using Black 99E Chromabase paint. The car was originally yellow, but has been black since we owned it. During the year it took to get the body back, I tore down the engine and overhauled it. At the same time I did all the cosmetics as well as had a lot of chroming and ceramic thermal coating done. In the middle of June of 1998 we were ready for our first show with still some bugs to work out. We didn't win anything at our first show, but did win our first award shortly for 70's Best Muscle Car. After that we seemed to be winning quite a bit. As I said we never really planned on winning anything but that would just be a bonus. What we didn't know was how addicted you can get with cruise-in fever. This winter I even went further with the car. (When will it ever quit; I already got next years list?) We belong to the North County Cruisers car club. This is a club with over 200 members, all of which are car lovers of all kinds. We all joke about certain makes. I love Mopars the best; but I think most car lovers like all cool classics, us included.
